We are now hiring a lead baker for our small but mighty bagel team!

Requirements

Make bagel dough and shape bagels (We are a bagel shop, this is the most important task!
Make basic pastries (cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc.
Make breads for our local farmer's market booth (focaccia, loaves, rolls, etc.
Basic food prep tasks-Keep inventory of ingredients and stockOther requirements
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work in a timely fashion
Must be able to lift 50#
Must have Thursday and weekend availability
Must have at least one year experience working with bread dough(s) in a professional kitchen setting
Must be a team player!
