We're a specialty coffee and pastry shop dedicated to quality, freshness, and creating a welcoming community space. Our customers come for our exceptional coffee and stay for our handcrafted pastries and that's where you come in!The Role:
Arrive at 4 AM ready to bake croissants, muffins, breads, and seasonal specialtiesFollow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation standardsPrepare ingredients, manage inventory, and ensure proper food safety practicesCollaborate with our team to have fresh pastries ready for openingWork weekends plus either Friday or Monday (flexible scheduling)What We're Looking For:
You're an early riser with a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Experience in a bakery is a plus, but we're more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You should be reliable, organized, and ready to start your day while the city sleeps!How to
