Baker

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person to fill our bakery position.

Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques
• Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Package baked goods for display or sale

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Experience in pastry and cake decorating techniques
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food production processes and techniques
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong knife skills for slicing and preparing ingredients
