The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage preparation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. Previous experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering high-quality beverages and food items. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling, preparation, and serving Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional customer service Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and dining space Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions Restock supplies as needed and assist in food preparation when necessary Follow health and safety guidelines related to food service and food handling regulations Skills Proven Barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage customization Familiarity with POS systems , especially Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety , food handling , and food preparation standards in a café or food service environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving , retail math , or the food industry is advantageous Join our team as a dedicated Barista , where your enthusiasm for coffee and commitment to excellent service will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers.
