Overview We are seeking a drink slayer who is serious about obtaining employment. We are not just a coffee shop but civil servants that dedicated to our community and our customers. Our shop is a sanctuary of unconditional love, respect, open-mindedness, acceptance, and selflessness. There is no drama, gossip, or negativity. We need one person to add to our crew who is honest, punctual, and hopefully wants to grow within the company. Growth into management is an option. We also have a cafe location across the street that has shifts open to work. Ideally someone who is HARDWORKING, wants to move up in the company and that is open to work both locations. We would appreciate a resume dropped off at our Fireweed location. We cannot wait to meet you! As a key member of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service. Experience is not required but a good personality is. Starting wage is $15 per hour, plus tips. Need weekend availability+closing shifts starting out, to open availability. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with love and care
• Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared according to our food safety and handling guidelines
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and ingredients
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking customers, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner
• Work efficiently during peak hours, maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service Skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a cash register
• Proficiency in food preparation and food service
• A want to serve people with unconditional love+patience+kindness
• Experience with food safety and handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Certification in food handling and safety is preferred.
