Seeking experienced barista/server
  • Are you passionate about coffee and customer service?
Are you an outgoing, positive, punctual person? Vagabond Blues in Palmer is looking for a Barista with Server experience to add to our team and thrives in a fast paced environment! This is more than your average cafe job, Vagabond Blues is in the heart of downtown Palmer and you'll have a chance to meet the community. We see coffee as an artful science and encourage free pour latte art, and expect the highest quality and consistency possible with every drink. We aim to give every customer the best experience possible. If this sounds like an environment you would excel in, please stop by and meet us!
Job requirements include:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Barista and Server experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Open Availability, including weekends and evenings
  • Punctual
  • Flexible schedule
  • Open to constructive guidance
  • Outgoing, friendly, helpful personality
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficient cash-handling skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Looking for long term employment
