Job Description
Job Summary As a Nutrition Shop Team Member, you are the face of our healthy community! Your primary role is to welcome every customer with a positive, upbeat attitude, helping them navigate our menu to find the perfect fuel for their day. You will handcraft our signature menu items—including energizing teas, meal-replacement shakes, and protein bites—while maintaining an immaculate, welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Experience & Hospitality Greet every customer with a warm, positive attitude and a helpful demeanor. Guide guests through the menu, answering questions about ingredients and health benefits to help them customize their orders. Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience. 2. Menu Preparation & Food Safety Handcraft all menu items—including teas, shakes, and protein bites—strictly following recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality. Maintain active knowledge of our ingredient profiles to confidently assist customers with dietary restrictions or specific fitness goals. Properly store and rotate ingredients (First In, First Out) to ensure maximum freshness. 3. Shop Upkeep & Cleanliness Keep the front-of-house, seating areas, and prep stations spotlessly clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift. Wash and sanitize blenders, utensils, and prep equipment immediately after use to prevent cross-contamination. Perform routine opening, mid-day, and closing cleaning checklists (including trash removal, wiping counters, and sweeping/mopping floors). The hours are 630am to 4pm and 830 to 1 on Saturdays.
