Duties Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating spaces Handle cash register operations, process transactions accurately, and manage POS systems with confidence Restock supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and materials are available for smooth service Follow health and safety standards diligently to uphold a clean, safe environment for staff and guests Collaborate with team members to create a lively, energetic atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages customers positively Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills, eager to support colleagues and contribute to a vibrant café culture Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage presentation preferred but not required—training provided! Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Join us in creating memorable moments for every guest!
