In this role, you will serve refreshing beverages directly on the course, ensuring players stay hydrated and energized while providing exceptional customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with outdoor activity, all while delivering memorable moments for our guests. Duties Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, ensuring timely service to golfers. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including soft drinks, bottled water, alcoholic drinks (if permitted), and snacks, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision. Upsell additional items by recommending popular drinks or snacks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart, restocking supplies regularly and adhering to food safety guidelines. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Requirements Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor.
