Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Engage with customers warmly, answering questions about menu items and making personalized recommendations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation procedures. Assist in food preparation and serving snacks or light meals as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service while maintaining quality standards. Enjoy the experience and have fun doing it! Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and food industry standards. Experience in serving or food service roles that require multitasking and quick thinking. Work well within a team.
