DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

will include but are not limited to:

• General Store & Kitchen operations (All drinks & food)
• Opening/Closing Duties
• Customer experience
• Cashier and answer customer questions
• Food Preparation
• Attend employee monthly meeting
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & safety in store & kitchen

WORK SCHEDULE

Afternoon/evening shift; minimum ~10-15 hours/week

COMPENSATION

$14.70/hour plus tips DOE; must complete 3-month probation period

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 years or older; must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have kitchen experience (food prep, cutting fruits, etc)
• Bilingual preferred
• Weeknights and Weekend availability required
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service a must
• Ensure standards for drink quality, customer experience, and health & safety
• Respond to customer comments and complaints
• Fast learner, team player, able to follow store procedures and policies
• Have good sense of responsibility, self-discipline, efficiency, and proactive
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast paced environment
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds If you have a passion for Boba tea (bubble tea), enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
