This is the first concept of its kind for our company, and we are looking for talented, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to help us bring it to life from the ground up. If you have experience as a: Barista Coffee shop team member Bakery associate Pastry assistant Gelato or dessert shop employee …we would love to meet you. What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who: Have 1-2 years of coffee shop, bakery, or café experience preferred Are passionate about hospitality and guest experience Work well in a fast-paced environment Have strong attention to detail and cleanliness Enjoy creating genuine guest connections Take pride in quality, consistency, and presentation Responsibilities Preparing espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and specialty drinks Assisting with gelato service and dessert presentation Maintaining a clean and organized café environment Supporting bakery and pastry operations Delivering warm, genuine hospitality to every guest Assisting with opening and closing procedures About Us Crust Concepts is a growing, family-owned hospitality group known for concepts including Crust Simply Italian and several valley speakeasies and lounges.
