SHOP & RESTAURANT TEAM MEMBERS
Join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a busy environment and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a great team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and kitchen Work efficiently during busy rushes while supporting fellow team members Help create a welcoming experience for every guest
What We're Looking For:
Barista experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Friendly, hospitality-focused personality Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Team-oriented mindset Open availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
