• Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Assist with food preparation as needed Skills
• Proficiency in using a cash register for transactions
• Knowledge of food service and retail math
• Experience working with coffee or in a café setting is a plus
• Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
