We're looking for a reliable and positive team member to join our store as a Barista. Job Overview As a Barista at Regions Tea, you will prepare beverages, serve customers, and help maintain a clean and organized store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay efficient during busy hours, and takes pride in providing great customer experiences. No prior POS (cash register) experience is required — we will train you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve boba tea, milk tea, and other beverages following store recipes Provide friendly and efficient customer service Take customer orders and handle basic cash/card transactions (training provided) Maintain cleanliness of the store, including prep areas, equipment, and seating Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong basic customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours Reliable and punctual attendance Basic math skills for handling orders and payments No prior barista or POS experience required (training provided) Preferred (Not Required) Previous experience in food service, café, or retail Familiarity with boba tea or beverage preparation Weekend availability
