Job Description

Barista Shift Leader - Boost Bar Boost Bar is looking for a dependable and energetic Barista Shift Leader to help lead daily operations in our fast-paced coffee and smoothie bar located inside a 55+ recreation center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both serving guests and supporting a team.
Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and keep daily operations running smoothly Prepare high-quality drinks (smoothies, coffees, energy drinks, etc.) Provide friendly, efficient customer service Train and support barista team members Assist with inventory, cleanliness, and opening/closing duties
Qualifications:
Previous barista or food service experience required Leadership or shift lead experience preferred Reliable, organized, self-starter, and team-oriented
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location:
In person
