Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, pastries, and light snacks following food safety standards Operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, tables, and equipment in compliance with health regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality or safety Experience Previous barista experience in a café or coffee shop environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience in food preparation, serving, or food industry roles is beneficial Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Join us to deliver memorable coffee experiences while honing your skills in a dynamic team environment.
