The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This role involves preparing high-quality beverages. At least one year experience in specialty coffee environment required. Experience in manual espresso extraction, dialing in grinders, and manual milk steaming mandatory. Key Responsibilities Expertly pull shots Adjust grinders and espresso recipes throughout shift to maintain consistency Manually steam milk to a glossy micro foam texture suitable for high-end service Latte Art - either be able to do this or learn to Maintain a clean space and perform daily cleaning of espresso machine and related equipment Cross train in other aspects of cafe when time allows
