Part-Time / Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior coffee shop experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality beverages. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. If you enjoy creating great drinks and building connections with customers, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages to company standards Provide friendly, welcoming customer service to every guest Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including bar area and lobby Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods Requirements Prior coffee shop or café experience required Ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexible availability is a plus
