We are a brand new specialty coffee shop dedicated to serving exceptional coffee, creating a warm community space, and delivering unmatched hospitality. As we open our doors, we are looking for passionate, hard working baristas to form our founding team and help us build something amazing from the ground up. Position Overview We are seeking self-motivated, diligent, and team-oriented Baristas who thrive in a fast-paced environment. At Dal Coffee Roasters, you aren't just making drinks. Key Responsibilities As a barista on a brand new team, you will handle all aspects of daily shop operations, including:

Hospitality & Customer Service:

Greeting guests with energy, taking orders accurately, and making every customer feel welcome.

Coffee & Beverage Preparation:

Crafting high quality espresso drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to our standards.

Cashiering:

Operating the POS system, handling cash and card transactions diligently, and managing the register.

Shop Maintenance & Cleaning:

Keeping the bar, seating area, service stations, and the shop overall spotless. Cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and taking out trash.

Daily Operations:

Executing opening procedures (dialing in espresso, prepping stations) or closing procedures (cleaning machines, restocking, securing the shop) efficiently.

Inventory & Restocking:

Keeping an eye on milk, beans, supplies and pastry stock, and replenishing items throughout the shift.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop, cafe, or similar fast-casual food service environment.

Self-Motivated:

A proactive mindset. You see what needs to be done (cleaning, restocking, prepping) and you do it without needing to be asked.

Team Player:

A positive attitude and the ability to work seamlessly with your crew, especially during busy morning rushes.

Hospitality First Mindset:

A warm, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with guests. You treat customer service as an opportunity to make someone's day better through genuine care and a welcoming presence.

Diligent & Reliable:
