Barista Cashier

Job Summary We are opening a new pâtisserie café focused on high-quality pastries,, and a simple coffee program. We are looking for friendly, reliable Barista & Cashier team members to help create a warm and welcoming guest experience from day one.

Role Overview:

This role is a combination of barista and cashier responsibilities. You'll be the face of the café preparing coffee, handling orders, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso-based drinks and maintain coffee quality standards Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area Restock display and support daily café operations Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team Requirements Previous barista or café experience preferred Basic knowledge of espresso drinks and coffee workflow is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
