Specifically we are seeking the following: Candidate 1

• Trainers for classes/events and cafe barista.

For Candidate 1, we are seeking someone with Specialty coffee experience who is interested in and capable of leading group classes (latte art, intro to espresso) and possibly leading catered events locally. This could be a part time event-by-event position, or the candidate could work as a barista at our cafe, and then teach classes/train accounts when there is demand. Baristas earn additional pay when involved in classes, events and customer trainings. Pay based on experience and job description. Candidate 2

• Baristas
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have a passion for coffee
• Have familiarity with brew various brew methods
• Work well with others
• Maintain a clean cafe and workspace Responsibilities may include any or all of the following:
• Making coffee (espresso, pour over) and tea
• Greeting customers/Point of Sale
• Light food prep and cooking (toasts, bagels, eggs)
