WHO WE ARE
Local family-owned bakery with specialization in traditional sourdough breads using fresh-milled flour and local ingredients. We are a small, dynamic team looking to make a difference in the world of grains, baking, and food!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain a deep understanding of our products and our company. Maintain retail area and work environment with regards to cleanliness and presentation. Carry out opening and closing shifts, including money management. Clear communication with retail leads and managers. Positive attitude and good customer service. Operating Espresso machine, Making Espresso style drinks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Passion for food, traditional sourdough bread, and local organic ingredients. A positive attitude and a desire to learn. Focused, organized, and detail oriented. Able to work in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to multitask. Previous barista experience preferred, but not required. Flexibility with scheduling as needed. Availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays, and holidays.
