As a key member of our team, you'll craft delicious beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure our café operates smoothly during weekend hours. Your enthusiasm will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy with retail math and café sales Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation and service areas according to food handling regulations Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy weekend periods Assist with food preparation and food safety procedures to ensure high-quality offerings Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light equipment or supplies, and work weekends consistently Join us in delivering exceptional coffee experiences!
