As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of Matcha drinks and desserts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties:

Prepare and serve Matcha and other beverages and food items to customers in a fast-paced environment Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, floor, and equipment. Operate POS system and cash register, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Manage and maintain inventory of supplies Work effectively with a team to provide excellent customer service Help with the opening and closing of the store, including setting up, taking down equipment, and cleaning. Provide food and beverage recommendations to customers. Maintain knowledge of coffee and tea offerings and be able to answer customer questions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Assist with sales and promotions as needed. Help with other duties as assigned by management .

Qualifications:

Experience with food service and cash handling. Knowledge of coffee and tea offerings. Proficiency with POS system. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Food handling experience is required. Experience with retail math and sales. Ability to assist with sales and promotions. Willingness to help with other duties as assigned by management.

Pay:

$16.90 - $23.90 per hour
