Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency. Operate Square POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and safety standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for sales transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly. Assist in food preparation and serving food items as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality. Support team members in daily operations to create a positive work environment. Experience Previous Barista experience or background in food service or the food industry is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Knowledge of food safety , food handling , and basic retail math for cash handling and sales calculations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Experience in serving , food preparation , and working in a fast-paced café or retail environment is advantageous.
