Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, beverages, and light food items with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for orders, payments, and refunds. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management during busy hours. Engage with customers warmly, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure quick turnaround times and quality presentation. Qualifications Prior experience as a barista or bartender is required; familiarity with café or food service environments is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as square POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Food Handlers and RBS required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
