Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food preparation tasks in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and communicating stock needs to the team Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers Skills Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry, with a focus on beverage preparation and customer interaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth cash handling and sales processing Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory counts Previous experience in café or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels delightful experiences!
