We're looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members to help serve customers and prepare delicious tea drink. No Experience? No problem, we provide trainings. Duties Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide product recommendations to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and securely Prepare a variety of boba teas, coffee drinks, and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation surfaces and serving stations Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Follow food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Restock supplies and assist with daily store operations. Requirements Previous barista or food service experience is highly preferred, especially with coffee or Boba tea preparation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prepare boba tea, ice-cream and other beverages. Maintain clealiness and food safety standards. Restock supplies and assist with daily store operations.
