• Job Overview
• We are seeking a specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
• Operate coffee brewing equipment with precision and care
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and processing payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
• Restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed
• Assist in food preparation and serving when necessary
• Qualifications
• Experience in the craft coffee industry or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
• Familiarity POS system is advantageous
• Strong sales skills to promote products effectively
• Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to work well in a team environment and help colleagues as needed
