Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, Bowls and specialty beverages with precision and care Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and offering product recommendations to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Ensure all food safety standards are followed diligently during food handling and preparation Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and balancing tills at shift end Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proven experience as a barista or in food service within a café or retail environment Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transactions Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for healthy drinks meets your dedication to exceptional service.
