Café Team Member (Food Prep, Cashier, Barista)

About Us:

Tellus Coffee is a community-focused café known for house-roasted coffee, fresh juices and smoothies, and a bright, plant-filled atmosphere. We care about quality, consistency, and creating a place where both customers and staff feel welcome. We are looking for someone to work Sunday-Thursday, opening and closing availability is a must.

Important Note:

We are not hiring short-term or seasonal holiday help . We are looking for team members who want to grow with us long-term.

What You'll Do:

Provide warm, friendly customer service Prepare food items following our recipes and standards Make espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and juices Greet guests, take orders, and run the register Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods Bring a positive attitude that contributes to a great atmosphere

Who You Are:

Outgoing, friendly, and customer-service oriented Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Excited to learn barista skills and café operations Looking for a stable, long-term position Weekend availability is a strong must
