We're building a warm, high-quality café experience focused on great espresso, thoughtful service, and a welcoming community atmosphere. We're looking for passionate, reliable baristas who care about craft, consistency, and customer experience. If you take pride in dialing in espresso, steaming milk properly, and creating a positive vibe behind the bar — we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages with consistency and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and equipment Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service Support opening/closing duties and daily prep Work as a team to create a smooth, positive café flow What We're Looking For Previous barista or café experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and team mindset Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding café Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling
