Provide merit increase if performance well 2) host annual event and team building for employees Requirements Weekdays Morning availability is required Required to work 4-5 days per week All day available, including a weekend availability Must be willing to work on holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year Day Cashier/Barista Solving problems on and off schedule Train new employees Receive orders and process payment methods Manage inventory. Top drinks with any toppings added by customers Make drinks (all drinks are made to order) Serve customers and bag drinks in to-go containers Restock and maintain a clean work environment Ensure health and safety protocols are being followed Clean and sanitize regularly Must memorize all drink recipes and proper toppings Commitment to excellent service Ability to stand for long periods of time
