At Dipped, we are committed to serving the highest quality by dipping in small batches, using hand selected fruit and premium chocolate. Founded in 2020 in a home kitchen, Dipped is a minority and woman-owned business that has grown through passion and dedication. Our journey began with pop-up shops, leading to successful short-term leases at prominent shopping malls such as Westfield San Francisco. We are looking to expand our team and open more locations in the near future. Our team's excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service has been a key part to our growth. We apply the same care in selecting and preparing our team as we do when crafting our treats. What You Will Do Principal responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing Engaging Customer Service

• Welcome guests into the store, engaging and connecting with them throughout their experience.
• Determine customer needs by asking questions and sharing knowledge of our products.
• Serve customers with a sense of urgency and care. Delivering Operational Excellence
• Provide consistent quality in the preparation of chocolate dipped treats and baked goods.
• Continually work towards expanding skills and knowledge of chocolate and baking.
