Job Description

Part-Time Barista•Weekday Shifts Encinitas, CA $20/hr + tips We're a family-owned café in Encinitas looking for a dependable, experienced part-time barista to join our small team. Our café is located outdoors in the center courtyard of a medical office complex, creating a relaxed, friendly environment with many regular customers. We're a tight-knit team of 6-7 people, and we're looking for someone who values consistency, great customer service, and taking pride in their work. Current Available Shifts (Some Flexibility):
Monday:
9:00 AM•4:00
PM Wednesday:
9:00 AM•4:00
PM Fridays:
9:00 AM•4:00
PM Compensation:
$20/hour + tips

Responsibilities:
Preparing espresso drinks and coffee beverages Taking orders and processing payments Light food and pastry service Maintaining a clean and organized café Tracking and restocking inventory Opening/closing responsibilities Providing warm, welcoming service to customers
Qualifications:
Barista experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation required Food Handler's Card preferred Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently during slower periods Please apply only if you are available for the weekday shifts listed above.
