Mountain Roasting Company in Felton is growing and looking for a new memeber of the family. We are hiring for a new rotating shift that includes both opening and closing hours. Morning shifts start at 4:30 AM , and evening shifts wrap up around 4:00 PM —so if you're not a morning person, this role may not be the best fit! We're a friendly, local specialty coffee shop located in the Felton Fair Safeway Shopping Center. Established in 1991, Mountain Roasting has become a beloved community staple known for great coffee, tasty food, and a welcoming space for neighbors and groups to gather.

We're Looking For:

Friendly, competent baristas/food preeration with a positive attitude. 6 months of barista experience required; 1 year preferred. Strong communication skills and a professional, self-motivated approach. Reliability and punctuality—showing up on time matters! Weekend and holiday availability. Must be 18 years or older.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Make sandwiches and serve bakery items. Take customer orders and provide exceptional service. Handle payments and maintain cleanliness in food and drink areas. Complete side work and janitorial duties as needed. Follow food safety guidelines (ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire)
