and show Role Brian Black Tea Fremont is looking for baristas passionate about quality and authenticity. Our mission is to share incredible drinks with everyone and show them the true beauty of black tea. We do this by using premium ingredients, a specific ratio of filtered and softened water for each tea blend, and an artisanal tea-brewing craft to ensure that each drink's aromas and flavors elevate taste buds to a new level. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent hospitality to our guests and your coworkers. Make hand-crafted black and milk tea beverages. Share your knowledge of our tea blends with guests and get them excited about high-quality black tea at Brian Black Tea. Be authentic and transparent, and strive to build genuine relationships and conversations. Front-of-house duties include customer greeting, handcrafting drinks, cash/order handling, and cleaning. Back-of-house duties like tea prep, tea brewing, and cleaning. Desired Experience Experience in a similar or related establishment is preferred but not required. Passionate about creating experiences for others and constantly seeking new ways to go above and beyond. Willingness to learn new skills and knowledge to share with our guests and team. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities That's it, we will teach you the rest!
