Drizzle Location:

40645 Fremont Blvd Suite #8

Hours:

Mid-day shifts (12:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Schedule:

3-4 days per week (includes weekends)

We specialize in high-quality coffee and artisanal treats. We are looking for two energetic, coffee-loving individuals to join our team and share the daily 12-6 PM shifts. The Role We need reliable baristas who can own the afternoon rush. You'll be responsible for crafting beautiful drinks and making sure every customer leaves happier than they arrived. Because this is a shared role, we're looking for team players who are communicative and dependable.

Key Responsibilities Drink Crafting:

Prepare espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages to our high standards.

Customer Connection:

Manage the register, welcome guests, and help them navigate our menu.

Shop Upkeep:

Ensure the cafe stays sparkling clean and fully stocked during the peak afternoon hours.

Teamwork:

Coordinate with your fellow barista to ensure seamless hand-offs and consistent shop standards.

What We're Looking For Availability:

Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week within the 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM window.

Consistency:

Someone who shows up on time, every time.

Vibe:

A friendly, outgoing personality that fits our "sweet escape" brand.

Experience:

Previous barista or retail experience is great, but a willingness to learn is even better.
