Job Summary Join our vibrant café team as a Barista, where your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and dedication to service will help create a welcoming and energetic environment. In this role, you'll craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and support daily café operations in a fast-paced setting. Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling across all shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends). Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with quality and consistency. Steam milk and create smooth microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in all areas. Assist with food preparation and handling as needed. Handle cash transactions and basic cashiering responsibilities with accuracy. Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment. Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations Qualifications Barista experience preferred (1 year or more is a plus). Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Willingness to learn and grow (latte art, espresso dialing, etc.). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is a plus. Experience with POS systems (such as Toast) is a plus. Experience with La Marzocco or other high-end espresso machines is a bonus. Benefits Fun, supportive team environment.
