Store Manager / Shift Leader Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Juicer to join our team at Nekter Juice Bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy, plant-based food and beverages , with a strong interest in creating fresh, vegetarian, and health-conscious options . As a Juicer, you will be responsible for preparing juices, smoothies, and acai bowls that fuel and inspire our guests, while delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service & Guest Experience Provide friendly, professional service and engage positively with customers. Share product knowledge and educate guests about Nekter's nutrient-rich, vegetarian menu options . Product Preparation Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and other menu items to Nekter standards. Wash and prep produce, follow recipes precisely, and execute proper portion control. Support cleanse programs and ensure pre-orders are prepared and delivered on time. Cleanliness & Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Restock ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory, and report shortages. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in all customer-facing areas, including counters, seating areas, and restrooms. Teamwork & Store Support Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a smooth, efficient guest experience. Support promotions, handle coupons/gift cards, and follow Nekter's cash-handling policies. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with a shared commitment to healthy living . Qualifications 1 year of food service, retail, or restaurant experience preferred (not required). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid Food Handler card (required prior to start). Barista or coffee experience is helpful, but not required. Skills & Attributes Passion for vegetarian food, wellness, and health-conscious living . Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a focus on food safety, sanitation, and quality. Reliable, punctual, and motivated to contribute both individually and as part of a team. Work Environment & Physical Demands Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours). Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
