This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and want to be part of a modern, high-energy retail concept. Baristas play a key role in creating a great customer experience while preparing high-quality coffee beverages and supporting daily store operations. You will work as part of a small, collaborative team focused on speed, quality, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew beverages, and specialty coffee drinks according to company recipes and quality standards Operate the drive-thru service window with efficiency, accuracy, and friendly customer interaction Maintain speed of service during high-volume periods Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system Maintain a clean, organized coffee station and prep area Restock ingredients, cups, lids, syrups, and supplies throughout the shift Support the convenience store team with light retail tasks when needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers Qualifications Coffee shop or food service experience preferred but not required Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced drive-thru environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + potential tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement within a growing company A fun, team-oriented work environment Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Must be available for weekends and early morning shifts Full-time / Part-time $23-24 per hr.
