Job Description
Job Summary Prepare and serve a variety of beverages while supporting shipping, packing, order fulfillment, inventory management, local deliveries, and general business operations. This position requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications Experience in food service, retail, warehouse, shipping, delivery, or fulfillment is preferred but not required. Have a Food Handler Permit or obtain one within 30 days of employment. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to learn and operate store and shipping equipment, accurately process transactions and shipments, and follow recipes. Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time. Honesty, integrity, reliability, and initiative. Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Beverage Preparation Greet customers and take food and beverage orders. Prepare food and beverages in accordance with operating procedures and brand standards. Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service and promote positive guest relations. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Shipping, Packing & Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare customer and wholesale orders for shipment. Print shipping labels and process outgoing packages. Verify order accuracy before shipment. Receive, inspect, organize, and restock inventory, products, and supplies. Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts.
- Delivery & Operations Support Perform local deliveries and pickups as assigned.
- Store Maintenance Clean, organize, and maintain workstations, storage areas, kitchen areas, and shipping stations.
Pay:
$17.00- $22.
