Duties Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision using POS systems Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and managing food prep tasks Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving beverages or working in a café or retail environment is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your passion for coffee, tea, and customer care can flourish!
