Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boba, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay
  • $16.90/hour plus tip ($21-28/hour) Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks following company recipes
  • Operate pos and other equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area
  • Take customer orders, handle transactions accurately, and provide excellent service
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle peak hours efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills to engage with patrons
  • Knowledge of food handling protocols for safety and hygiene
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Willingness to assist team members as needed
  • Experience in food preparation techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with food service operations
