This role includes greeting guests, operating the café counter, supporting party events, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Stock supplies, food prep, and maintain freshness of ingredients Support the team with general cafe operations such as food presentation, serving, and ensuring quick service

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school Weekend shift preferred Barista experience is a huge plus Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards is beneficial for maintaining a safe environment
