Tasting Room Associate

We are currently looking for a part-time Tasting Room Associate for our estate winery location in the beautiful Sta. Rita Hills. This is a part-time position (1-2 days per week; Fridays & Saturdays are required). We are seeking candidates with sales experience, a basic knowledge of wine, and most importantly, exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication and time management skills, the ability to multi-task, as well as a positive, enthusiastic attitude are also imperative. Though experience in the wine/restaurant/hospitality industries is desirable, it is not required. Compensation is hourly with new wine club sign up commissions plus tips, which are variable but significant! REQUIREMENTS

21 or older Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Possess a genuine interest in wine, even if not experienced in serving or selling wine. We will teach you what you need to be successful in this role. You must be coachable. Must be available to work weekends and possibly an additional weekday as needed.
