The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of barista experience, with a passion for healthy beverages and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing and serving rejuvenating juices, smoothies, and wellness shots, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, wellness shots, and other beverage options with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions smoothly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and front-of-house area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash register operations, including balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts Assist in preparing ingredients and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth service during busy periods Ensure all beverages meet quality and safety standards, following proper sanitation procedures for equipment and ingredients Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Support team collaboration to ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient workflow during peak hours Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of barista experience, with a strong background in coffee and beverage preparation Experience in preparing fresh juices, smoothies, wellness shots, or similar health-oriented beverages Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills, approachable and friendly demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Passion for health and wellness, with an enthusiasm to educate and engage customers about our products Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in health food or beverage industry Minimum 2 years as a barista
