We're a Los Angeles-based Mexican panadería that celebrates Mexican flavors and techniques with seasonal pastries and baked goods created by Loreto & LA Cha Cha Chás' pastry chef, Chef Ellen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards. Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision and skill. Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations as needed. Handle cash and cashless transactions and process payments using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including brewing stations, serving areas, and seating areas. Restock supplies as needed and ensure proper storage. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of our products. Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns with efficiency and courtesy.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation. Valid food handler preferred Basic understanding of math Money and register experience required Be comfortable with repetitive motions such as walking, bending and standing during your scheduled shift.
