Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a high standard Dial in espresso and maintain consistency throughout shifts Provide friendly and efficient customer service Accurately take and ring in orders using POS system Maintain cleanliness of bar, equipment, and café Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with the team during busy periods

Requirements:

Prior barista experience required (specialty coffee experience preferred) Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk steaming Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience dialing in espresso and adjusting grind Latte art skills Experience with high-volume cafés

Pay:

$16.90 - $17.00 per hour
